Transfering Files using Samsung Migration from HDD to SSD

So i've been trying to use a dual drive setup, with 1 SSD for booting, and 1 HDD for large storage. I just got a Samsung 860 500GB SSD, and just downloaded Migration on my HDD, SSD is in the box, because I've been told it won't work without windows, and windows support says I need to remove windows off my HDD to put it on my SSD, whatever. I want to Migrate W8.1(OS) and all the drivers to my SSD. I have 1.8TB of information on my HDD, and I just want to migrate the OS and Drivers, so does anyone know what I need to do for that to happen? The user manual doesn't explain it very well.

I know I ramble, but is there a way to put only drivers and OS on a brand new never touched SSD through migration when the HDD is over SSD Capacity? And will any files be deleted once migration happens?

It won't let me install windows on the SSD without deleting it first on the HDD, or doing a "clean install" which will delete my files and my drivers. And I'm asking about using Samsung Migrate

Manual for Migration

So I was asking about Part 2, the advanced section where you can select media files and custom folders. Will it automatically migrate drivers and OS, and if not how will I do that myself.
