Transfering from C: to E:

I have two drives, ssd and hdd. i made a OS on both of them. One is a ssd 500gb and the hdd is a tb. What i am asking is how can i move everything that is game wise, from C: to E: and that it will be installed and showing on the programs and features as installed. And not have to install all over again, plus GTA 5 lol.

What about GTA V? do i have to reinstall it to my E: hhd. or can i just cut copy and paste it to the hhd
