Hello Everyone! I was hoping someone could help me with a little project I'm working on.

Shortly put, I'm trying to transfer a program from a Macintosh Powerbook 180 to a Windows 10 computer. My hopes are to transfer the program and somehow be able to still use it, whether that be from a virtualbox, hackintosh, ect. But at the very least I want to be able to store the program for possible future use. The Macintosh is on it's way out so if anyone has any tips or information I would be incredibly grateful.

Computers:
Macintosh Powerbook 180 with (i believe) System 7.1–Mac OS 7.6.1.
Dell Inspiron 5755 with Windows 10

Currently owned adapters/cables:
HDI-SCSI Adapter

C2G USB Adapter USB to DB25 Adapter

Yeah no mayor virtualization app is going to run power mac.
You are going to need sheep shaver and it doesn't run on windows 10, it does run on 11 or on older windows though.

If your app is just a simple folder you can use stuffit, that you can find from the same site, to compress it and write it to cdrom/dvd if your laptop is still able to do it.
Otherwise setting up a local network would probably be the best bet.

If you app is installed and has files in other folders as well you would need to make a complete system image, I have no idea what tool to use for that on a power mac, was disk utility already a thing back then?

A singular program?
No.

There is little or no cross compatibility between Apple and Windows.

A VM (VirtualBox) requires a whole guest OS, not just that application.
Running your old Mac OS ina VM under Windows.

You can install a vanilla OS and run the app from its folder if it doesn't need to be installed, the issue is only if it needs files in all sorts of folders.

Right.
Still needs an OS of some sort.

Let us see what the OP is actually trying to do.

As (almost) always with requests like this, there is a version or alternate that WILL run on his current platform.
