Transfering Windows 7 to New Comp. ??????

I have a laptop which got a virus so I replaced to OP with Linux. I regret this so how do I transfer my Windows 7 from one of my comp to this one. I read that you have to go into Terminal or Command and type in some code. and bahblam you got Windows 7 on a flash-drive or Disc. So can anyone help me find the code? Thanks!

If you have a full 'Retail' version of Win 7, you can uninstall it from one computer and then transfer it to another computer. This cannot be done for OEM versions, or for versions that are pre-loaded by the computer manufacturer.
