I have installed an ssd into my laptop and want to make it my boot drive. It's only 128gb however so not big enough to just clone the whole HDD and move it over to the SSD. So I just want to move the necessary files required to boot windows and leave the hdd as where i store music, photos, documentation etc.
Is this possible?

Solution
I would advise against doing that.
It can be difficult to impossible to get all the proper files over and in the right place and in the right configuration.
I advise a clean Windows install on the SSD.
OR
Get the HDD down below about 100Gb and clone.

You can't move "only windows". There is no function or application for that.
Either a full clone or a full OS install on the SSD.
