How to transfer data files between computers with different operating systems, e.g., Linux and Windows.

Easiest way is via thumbdrive formatted FAT32.

I started to write that the rate would be too slow, but today thumbdrives have enough capacity to accomplish the task in one pass.

Next question is how to format thumbdrive to FAT32?
