transferring data from phones

How can i transfer my data from my old broke LG vigor to my new Samsung s5???
the old phone still turns on and works,but the screen is smashed and no picture..

If the touchscreen still reacts than you could try connecting the phone to your PC and unlocking the phone with the code, so you can acces the files on the phone from your PC.
