Transferring data off my broken laptop screen monitor

I have a Sony Vaio, the monitor is the only one that is a problem (its cracked) and I can\'t see anything but the computer is stil functioning. My question is how do I remove all the data off this computer to and transfer it to another computer?

Please, please help me. I don't know what to do .

Well, you can get a laptop sized hard drive enclosure, it should have a USB or other interface that you'll be able to connect to your other computer and grab the files. Just make sure you turn off your laptop. And just remove the hard drive from your laptop.
