Transferring dual OS SSD to SSD

I have a Lenovo x230 installed with samsung EVO 840 250GB. Around 180 GB is partitioned for windows 10 and other 50-60GB for Ubuntu. I need more space now and was thinking to get rid of the EVO and install a msata 512GB and additional 1TB seagate Hybrid drive so that I can stop taking my portable drive with me all the time.
I did some research and know how to migrate windows 10 from one drive to another but how can you migrate both OS? is it just the same way as migrating 1 or not possible?

Ya same process most programs should transfer both properly.
