Question Transferring games from old PC to new one ?

I am looking to transfer a couple of games from my old pc to my new one.

One is a GOG (Starflight 2)
The other is one I bought and downloaded but I can't remember from where (SEGA Genesis Collection)

When I google results there are a TON about Steam games but not much for other types. Can anybody help?
