Transferring HDD help!!

Anyways I am currently building a new build I was wondering could I switch my hdd over to my new build to save money on my new build(I would be saving on the os and hdd)

my new build will be AMD 7750 AMD FX-6300 8 GIGS OF RAM.

My current build is Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz
AMD HD 7750 is it possible to transfer?

No, you can't transfer existing Windows installation to completely different hardware. You have to re-install Windows from scratch on your new build.
