I have a USB storage of 16 GB and i need to transfer 38 GB file from my desktop computer to my laptop. Any suggestion on how can I do that without buying another USB. Like through internet or something

Solution
File compression software should be able to split a compressed file into small parts, so if you can split your 38gb file into 3x 13 GB segments, you can use the USB key and slowly transfer the parts over, then decompress it at the target computer.

Hi, would u plz tell me how I can do that, through wifi.

Not if using a router. Anyway, most ethernet ports are auto-switching and will work fine with either a straight or crossover cable.

join a wifi network.. choose your folder and rightckick properties , share......

let the other computer access it through click and opening network and sharing
