transmitter need for wireless headphone

i have Philips shc 1300 wireless headphone ,but i lost my transmitter ,can i use headphone with out transmitter? with pc, b coz i con't get transmitter

They can't be used without the wireless transmitter, there's no provision for converting them to wired headphones.

If you can't get a replacement transmitter you'll have to buy new headphones.
