Transparent flashing box

This glitch has been going on forever and I am just now looking for help, sometimes theres only 1 of these flashing boxes and other times there are 4 of them and sometimes the boxes are 4 times the size you see in the video. I have no idea whats causing this but it only happens when I play video games[video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wysfl2XMdk&feature=youtu.be"][/video]

Are they steam games? I guess its not the same games each time?

Are you running screen at a standard resolution?

bottom one looks like 2 icons wanting to be in same place at once

what PC do you have?
