Transparent lines on screen.

I've been getting odd transparent lines on my screen. I'm able to see the display fine but its rather annoying. It only seems to occur when my GPU is in use, however; not if I'm just browsing. I tested my GPU with a different monitor and there were no lines. I suspected it may have had something to do with the cable I was using so I bought a replacement and it didn't seem to matter. Could this be a problem with my monitor or is there something I'm missing?

Try downloading the latest video driver, uninstall old driver, reboot and install new driver and see if it clears. It sounds like a corrupt video driver.

I tried it both with different cables and the same one; but its a 32-bit monitor so idk if the same rules apply. My main one is 64-bit.

they don't make 32 or 64bit monitors so is either vga(analog) or dvi\hdmi\display port(digital).

Was talking about the display. The screen I'm using has both VGA and DVI ports but only the VGA one works. I use a DVI converter for my GPU.

Yes, actually. The lines didn't appear with my old computer.
