Transport Giant

When will Transport Giant be released?

On the official website it says may '04 but that is obviously almost certainly
wrong; does anyone have any other idea?

The screenshots are incredible (www.transportgiant.de). Now let's pray this
game has some playability.
Its predecessor, Traffic Giant, wasn't half bad, actually. So there's hope.

The view angle does not seem to be the best for this kind of game.
And about the graphics, I prefer those of Simcity 4 for example :/
