Hi guys,
leaving for oversea's in a few days (England from Australia), I was just wondering if it would be possible to take my core components with me, and re-assemble them at the other end. I was thinking about taking the Graphics Card, RAM, CPU and hard drives. Would it be possible to take these components on a plane, and how would I transport them safely??

Thanks

Edit: Hasswell CPU (i5 4670)

Note: intending to buy ultra cheap motherboard/case combo when arriving to house system. (Any suggestions)?

Hi Pcnoob2556
taking them in baggage on plane should not be an issue, hard drives wrap well in bubble wrap seperately to avoid shock
Graphics card same wrap well in bubble wrap , cpu in plastic holder then wrap well, any computer store should have an old one if not you can get them on ebay really cheap ,
wrap ram seperately so they dont make contact with each other.
Take them on plane as hand luggage so they stay with you and you should be fine
Leave you PSU at home , Aussies use 240V PSU's , it will be no good to you
