[SOLVED] tray icon gone missing after build 22610

So i updated windows 11 just today to 22610 build and the tray icon seems to be going missing.
i searched online and seems like many people are having the same problem too.
i have tried to follow the tutorial to get it back and even uninstalling windows 11 update but it seems that after i uninstall the update, the tray is still going missing.
has anyone been able to successfully fixed this problem and how?

22610 is the dev build, you probably best asking on the Insiders forum
