Treasure Chest Claw Machine issues?

Hi all,

I recently purchase a Treasure Chest claw machine with an attached candy claw to refurbish and put in a location. It was working great until I got it home and kept getting this error - 33/4. I've attached a picture, though I know it's hard to see. About every 30 seconds, the claw will reset itself and give me this error - not allowing any money to be taken. Then, the coin slots will light up again (like the machine is working and ready to be played), but if money is put in, the claw will reset again.

At the same time, the dollar bill acceptor is permanently in the red. I can't figure out how to change that.

Any advice is welcome.

I would start by opening everything up and looking for a loose connection or component.

Especially after "traveling". Something may have vibrated loose.
