Tribes Ascend is a free to play first person shooter, its a fast paced team based game bringing FPSs back to the days of UT2004 and similar games. The game is vertical minus by default but HaYDeN has released a fix for it that can be found here: http://www.wsgf.org/forum/forums/gaming/mods-tweaks-tools-tutorials/21393/flawless-widescreen
The fix isn't perfect, the HUD doesn't work correctly and it scaled wrong, and the bloom is brighter to the point of distraction in some levels, however despite this the game is still more then playable.

Tribes Ascend on the PC, Original resolution was 5040x1050 aspect ratio of (48:10). If you are running a resolution with a width higher then 1920 (30'' monitor or multi monitor) set quality to original and view in fullscreen.
Game doesn't support multi-monitor setups natively, but a fix is now available from the widescreen gaming forum:
Flawless Widescreen: http://www.wsgf.org/forum/forums/gaming/mods-tweaks-tools-tutorials/21393/flawless-widescreen
The fix isn't perfect though, there are still issues with the HUD and bloom at multi-monitor resolutions.
