Hello everyone, i used to use TH Forum in the past whenever I felt lost, and have always got my questions answered.
Thanks for always being awesome and being a "Good Samaritan" Folk...
On the topic at hand, I have always had this question and would mean a lot to me if I could get an answer to it, so here goes:
How to set up windows 10 installation on new SSD on my personal PC, but then stop in the process of personalizing it, meaning I would love to be able to just buy an SSD and then install windows 10 on it using Microsoft's free media tool, but stop at the point when it starts to apply settings to my personal PC's Specs, and then boot it down and install it in the new machine and when the new machine starts you are greeted by the message of personalizing the system (something similar to the way windows acts when you buy new machine with windows and it starts unfinalized - you get to set it up). It's really hard to describe what I am trying to do but to give it some concept it would really improve my time handling it since i do a lot of updates to the SSD for my friends and family and this way it would take the least amount of their time and be something like hassle free experience for them, since most of them are still using HDD on windows 10 and you know how much that sucks...
Also the thing that confuses me here is : I- know windows installs some types of code to better for for your CPU GPU and whatnot, so the way I would like to be able to do it is that it Doesn't get attached to the Specs of the machine you are installing it on and those features can be done once I put the SSD in their PC's so it wont get corrupt or something.
Anyway, thanks in advance as I know TH won't let me down!
Best whishes and kind regards,
ZemunZemun.
