A BIOS update (if available) may help.

There are limitations with memory & first gen Ryzen/B350 though - where 2933MHz tends to be the best a lot of kits can do, unless they're specifically tested/rated for 3200MHz (and they'd appear on the QVL list on motherboard vendors website).

Can you please pass on the following:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

If you're board allows you to go to that number, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard, then manually input the timings, frequency and the voltage in BIOS(if Ryzen) or enable X.M.P(for Intel).

Hi guys,

So I turned on A-XMP but the only profile that works is the 2933mhz the 3200mhz makes my pc turn on and off every 3 seconds... Maybe I should update my BIOS? Or do I need a new motherboard?

My specs:

MB: B350M Mortar
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
RAM: Trident Z RGB 8 x 2GB 3200MHZ CAS14
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580 Armor

Thanks.
