I bought a 32gb kit of the trident z royal, purely for looks, it is also faster then my previous set of ram, I install it inside my pc boot the system, gigabyte aorus sees the ram then allows me to change the color, but if I restart it no longer sees it and either doesn't light up at all or a it lights random color, I havr also tried the trident z software and asus aura sync(mainly because this fixed some people's issue), any guess on a potential fix?
Other things I have tried included sending more voltage(1.41v, xmp is set for 1.4), lowering the mem speeds to 3200mhz at the lowest(xpm is clocked at 4000mhz), removing the ram and repeating it in other slots and I have even gotten a replacement set, I even tried a whole different os(was running win 11 when I started, now I'm back to win 10), occasionally after the different changes it would fix the issue till you restart again, so they wasn't exaxtly permanent fixes
I'm open for suggestions on potential fixes

Gigabyte z390 aorus pro wifi
Rtx 3070 ti(msi gaming x trio)
Plenty of storage
