Just Curious as i want to replace my current ram the G.SKill Trident Z Neo to Trident Z Royal

Is this ram compatable with ryzen? Cant seem to find anything related to this and manufactors website only states Intel.

However have seen a view builds with this ram and socket.

Thank you so much. My motherboard is the MSI b450m mortar max. Only compatible ram is the 3200 royal kit but my motherboard supports higher then that?

What CPU do you have ?
For your MB, the max speed with a Ryzen 2000 CPU is 3466 so 3200 would be fine and might even be able to be OC'd to 3400 or 3466.

For AMD Other CPU

If you have a Ryzen 3000 CPU then look at the list here and see if any of the TridentZ Royal kits are listed as compatible:

and
F4-3600C17D-16GTRG (Trident Z Royal Gold)

Are both Trident Z Royal 16 GB kits listed on your MB QVL so they will work with your MB and CPU.

And you could probably run them at 3733 (the sweet spot for Ryzen 3000 RAM speed) if you spend the time to OC them past the XMP settings.
