[Trident Z RGB] F4-3200C14D-16GTZR curious if these are B-die, ive searched the web and cant find a good answer

DDR4 3200 cas 14? Most likely yes. If you have them and just are curious Thaiphoon Burner will tell you.

so it says minuim timing 15-15-15-36-50 does this mean I lower the latency to that to get a better timing in performance?

Not sure what you mean? Samsung has B-Die, D-Die, E-Die and S-Die that I know of. Hynix has an A-Die? Most 3200 /14 is B-Die.

yea mine are Hynix A-die
