Question TridentZ RGB sync

Hey, I recently upgraded my ram to 32 gb and I have an "issue".
When I had 2x8 my ram colors were syncing perfectly.
Now that I have 4x8 with the exact same rams the colors are not syncing with each other.
Cleaned the slots and reseated rams but nothing changed.
Honestly I don't really mind but I was wondering if colors not syncing indicates anything else.

Are the rams the same make and model>? Make and model of your motherboard? Speaking of motherboard, what BIOS version are you working with? How is the RGB managed on your platform(what app)?

I have the z390 aorus elite on the latest f10 bios update. The ram are all the same exact model G.Skill tridentZ RGB 3000mhz I even checked the numbers on them. Exactly the same.
I asked gigabyte for a bios update with rgb fusion in bios but they couldn't provide me with one.
I don't use any app in windows because they take up too many resources and they're not worth the trouble, 2 ram sticks synced just fine without the app tho.

When I tried rgb fusion to put all 4 on default it worked fine but after I saved ram 3-4 turned to random colors(just visual in app) the ram remained synced.
I just don't want to use any app in os. If this doesn't indicate anything else I'll just leave it unsynced tbh.
