Tried everything cant get past 64% OC

So, my delima.

Stock:

Core:1862mhz
FSB:266
multi:6-7

Current:

Core: 3066mhz
FSB: 438
Multiplyer: 7x
System FSB: 1750mhz
Vram:2.3v-800mhz-4-4-4-12
Vcore: 1.6v
Cpu FSB: 1.575
Nb:1.45v
NV:1.45v

GTLREF lane voltage's are all at +10mv


Now I cant manage to hit 1800mhz, No matter what I raise my voltage too. I've changed all my voltages and i know that last 50hz is possible, any suggestions?

There are no guarantees with OCing.

i rekon ure useing a 65nm part cos of the 266 stock fsb but just as a word of caution whats ure temps? at 1.6v i ran into trouble with water cooling. relax ure mem timeings and lower mch voltage as its very high for 438fsb. more vcore wont help if ure on air tbh as yo will be produceing to much heat.

well looking at www.hwbot.org your at the limit of your cpu only better cooling will allow more speed.

If you're at your chips limit then there isn't alot you can do. I see though that you have your vRAM at 2.3v just to have DDR2 with 4-4-4-12 timings. loosen your memory timings for starters, like to 6s or 7s, and don't tighten them until you max on your CPU speed. It could just be that RAM holding you back.

So you don't think I had to go back and correct any mistakes, I will add what I forgot to mention in a new post.

I took and passed the required typing class while I was in College, back in 2002. And had a seasonal job, that required 30 wpm, I was well above that, So I know typo's do happen.

I just find it funny while lambasting the guy on his spelling, You "typo'd" and as a result the word was misspelled.

I wasn't attacking you, so there was no need to claim I cannot type.

Oh and in the context that he used it in, it's spelled you're.

My lord, go back to school. Every heard of spell check? I mean if you cant spell the word "you", you have issues. Also the words "using", "timings", and "producing" dont have e's in them. Because is not spelled cos. Too is not spelled to. The first letter of a sentence is supposed to be capitalized.
How do you get through life if you cant spell "you"? You should not be on a computer forum giving advice if you don't even know how to use something as basic as spell check. You should be on a English learning forum.

Did I miss the part about what motherboard he has?

Have you checked for FSB holes? Some motherboards have "gaps" in the FSB where 430-445 won't work, but 450-475 will. Try jumping straight to 450 and see if it works. I'm bothered by your high vcore and vram settings, along with the tight 4 timings and 4 sticks. These settings will be hard on your motherboard, more so if you left the NB voltage at stock. If your looking for a fast CPU, you might even want to pull 2 of the sticks. You need to for sure relax the timings, you need to remove the ram from the overclocking equation so we know whats holding you back.

As for the bickering b!7ches, take it to PM. The point was made a long time ago, don't muck up a thread with your cr@p. (and thats a little l337 to get past the filters, no mistakes there.)

original 65nm core 2's max out at ~3 - 3.2ghz average, the G0 cores do ~3.5 average

a 45nm part will do the ~3.8ghz mark

and yes - your part is only guaranteed a 1.86ghz clock, dont expect more and anything more you get out of it is luck etc, some people have lemons that wont budge an extra 300mhz etc
