tried to flash 6950

i tried to flash my 6950 his iceq and even tho it told me to restart my pc the shaders stayed the same and clock speed have i damaged my graphics card because today i tried to open 2 youtube videos at same time and had my yahoo messanger open and i got a bsod and pc restarted or could it be another problem

Not all the 6950s unlock.
It could be a bad flash, in which case you're lucky, they usually result in a bricked card.
