I tried to install Windows 11 from a USB drive on a Gigabyte 610I motherboard, but when it got to the 'let's connect you to a network' screen I was stuck as the Window 11 installation software wouldn't recognise the ethernet connection.
I got past the screen by opening a command prompt and typing OOBE\BYPASSNRO. Windows 11 then finishing installing and the ethernet connection was recognised when the desktop opened.
I was wondering why the Windows 11 installation got stuck in the first place though not recognising the ethernet connection.
