Tried to overclock corsair vengeance 2x2gb 1600mhz to 2133mhz but canot boot

I have tried to overclock corsair vengeance 2x2gb 1600 into 2133 but when i finished the setup my computer canot boot..

my specs is :
MB : ASrock A88X Killer
CPU : AMD FM2+ Kaveri A8 7600
RAM : corsair vengeance 2x2gb 1600

please help me...

What set of Corsair - if stock they run 9-9-9-24 1.5 would prob want to try the DRAM at 2133 12-11-11-30 1.65 and also want to raise the CPU/NB voltage to about 1.25 or 1.3

my default xmp is 9-9-9-24 1.5v
i have succeed raise my 1600 into 2133 Mhz with 10-11-10-31 @1.600v but not long after i running test with browsing internet my windows is hang, then I find my self my test is not stable.
well then..., I guest I have to try your suggestion
