Tried to set up a raid on new motherboard and seems to have killed a hard drive

So, I upgraded my pc from a z97 4790k to a z370 8700k and while doing so i got all of my drives back except my raid. I was assuming this would happen and backed up anything important on other drives, but when I went to set up the raid again one of the drives i was working with seems to have vanished. uefi does not recognize it anymore. is there something I can do that im not thinking of, or am I down a drive now?

*update. the drive has reappeared in the uefi, but windows does not recognize it. any help here is greatly appreciated. (And yes i am looking in disc management for the drives)

What is the model number? Does it spin up?
