So I woke up this morning and wanted to play some games on my pc that I built a few years ago. But, when I hit the power button nothing happens. No motherboard lights, no fans spinning up, nothing but my keyboard lights up. As I sit there and mash the power button I heard a faint click. If I hold the power button, my PSU clicks, and with every click my keyboard lights pulsate like it’s just in a loop. I have no idea what’s going on, probably a shot motherboard or something. Need some help!!

Based on your comment, it sounds as though your PSU is dead and especially so if you hit the power and hear it click. Unplug the main power cable from the back, let it sit for a few minutes, plug it back in and hit the power. If it still doesn't come on, it's probably dead. You can also open up your case and inspect your mobo carefully to see if anything on the board looks burnt or if any capacitors are popped and leaking. If that's the case, your board is probably the issue (though it could be both at that point). Most of the time it's just the PSU.

If you can acquire another PSU to plug in and test your rig, do that before going out and buying a new one. Good luck.
