I swear to god i have no idea whats going on.People say that SSD should never be defragged and i dont even know how defrag works on SSD.Im using samsung 860 evo and TRIMM is enabled on default,if i try to use it manually it sends me to an old defragment tool that has ''Scheduled Optimization'' set on weekly and has ''Analyze'' and ''Optimize'' options,so i have to use optimize which isnt the same as DEFRAG right ?.

What the hell do i need to keep here on/off

Windows knows the difference.
Optimize is not necessarily Defrag. It is simply a catchall for whatever.

Leave it alone. And don't do it "manually".
