Trip Lite UPSs are failing to come back on after power restored

Tripp Lite's SU2200 series enterprise grade UPS's are failiing to come back on after utility company power is restored. Holding the start button for a very long time and no life in the unit. Has anyone else encountered this?

Is there a servicable fuse in it? It may have just blown a fuse to protect itself and your equipment. Check the back of the unit for a fuse.
