I have been saving for quite a while and planing to build a pc by Christmas, hoping to get all parts Black Friday/cyber monday and I know for sure I want triple 1440p monitors but I'm debating on which graphics card(s) will be the best any opinion or advice is welcomed

Solution
For triple 1440p I'd recommend a GTX 1080 (two of them if you're planning on 144Hz).

Another thing I'd like to note is that for gaming (if that's the intended use) I'd advise you to prioritize G-Sync support when choosing displays.

A 1080Ti still won't handle 4k flawlessly...I'd say you need a pair of 1080s minimum (probably two 1080Ti or three 1080 -- in think three way SLI is supported?) depending on what you are using this for. Assuming gaming with high settings.

Regardless, wait for the 490 (and the Ti, if you can) to bring prices down and reconsider your options.

That's asking a lot, from both your wallet and the hardware (33% more pixels)

The 1080 would get 43.1 fps (75.6 in SLI) at 4k in Witcher 3 and that's by no means the most demanding of current AAA games.
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_1080_SLI/18.html

3840 x 2160 x 1 = 8,294,200 pixels
2560 x 1440 x 3 = 11,059,200 pixels

That puts you below 60 fps right outta the gate at 1440p x 3

While it's now possible to game on a IPS screen w/o lag or other issues, those panels remain expensive. Grabbing 3 screens @ 144 Hzm IPS and good enough response / lag times is going to cost you upwards of $2,250. Yes, you could go w/ cheaper monitors but doing that requires giving up IPS, G-Sync / 165 Hz and that's giving up too much to my eyes,

The 1080 Ti will no doubt boost that up and it is expected to drop in 4th Quarter 2016, but I expect cost will be up around $799.

One approach might be grabbing 1 screen and the 1080 TIi (< $1,600) and maybe picking up the other card v/ 2 screens afterwards ... once prices drop a bit.

Personally I prefer a single ultrawide 1440p display (3440 x 1440) over triple 1440p. But if you're determined, and are planning to game at 144/165 Hz then you should consider two 1080's; it's a better value than a single Titan XP in my humble opinion. Ideally I would wait for the R9 490 to release because Nvidia will probably counter with the 1080 Ti (Titanium). Even if the 1080 Ti costs $799, it'll represent a better value than a $649 GTX 1080 (non Ti).

+JackNaylorPE It's funny that we both have the same price estimate for the future 1080 Ti. Many times I purposefully don't read the responses of others, so that it doesn't influence my advice.

It's interesting because I own an Acer 1440p @ 165 Hz display and also a Dell 3440 x 1440 display (LG panel) @ 60 Hz, and honestly I prefer the 3440 x 1440. For the price of the X34 Predator, I'd ideally like a 21:9 @ 165 Hz panel, but that's not currently an option.

My son has the 1440P Predator (144 Hz). His housemate has the LG 3440. When I sat down at the LG, I was immediately hit with a better sense of immersion ... however, going back to the IPS predator, the colors, brightness really "popped". I left looking for the best of both worlds but given the reviews over at tftcentral, the Ultrawides haven't delivered "all the marbles" as yet. Each time I see a new review on a UW IPS screen, there's always a "However ..." in the conclusions section.

DP 1.4 arrived with nVidia's 10xx series ... kinda surprised that we haven't seen a 1.4 monitor as yet (or 1.3 for that matter)
