Triple 144hz on AMD 7870

hello. I have an AMD Radeon 7870 running two budget monitors 27" 1920x1080 at 75hz, and have been considering switching to 144hz triple monitors. The GPU has 1x DVI, 1x HDMI, 2x DP outputs, and the monitors will most likely be Asus VG248QE that has HDMI, DVI-D, DP, VGA inputs.

I currently have 200~ FPS in CS:GO on the budget monitors.
Can my GPU handle the 144hz triple monitor setup, and what cables would I need in terms of active adapters, dual/single link?

If you turned down the setting you may be able to get 144hz on it
