So, here is the deal.
I have my new rig, and it is a great performer. Now it is time to up my monitor from a 19" 1440x900 75hz to something bigger. While I was surfing craigslist, I saw some 19" dell 1440x900 monitors for 30 each, and he had 30 (not a typo).
The question is, should I go for three of those dell monitors, or just get a larger (27") 1080p display? The one I have my eyes on at costco is curved.
Another thing to consider is performance. Will a gtx 970 drive black ops 3, across three monitors, with high settings? Anti-aliasing is not a huge deal to me, as I sit pretty far away from the monitor. I also have a pretty good incentive as far as productivity goes, as this is where I do high school and college, and 3 monitors is VERY nice.
If you have a triple monitor setup with a 970, how does it perform? BO3 is the main game I play that actually requires any horsepower. Others include tribes: ascend, and Titanfall.
