Hi,

I am building a new budget setup solely for the new Flight Simulator 2020.

I have found an amazing deal on three 46 inch 1366x768 Samsung screens for my triple monitor setup to give me the most realistic budget experience.

I wanted to know how the below will cope with this. Please note - I am not worried about getting the best of specs as I am only using to play 1 or 2 games. As long as I can get good realism that's all that matters to me especially whilst keeping everything in a low price bracket.

Below is my PC spec which I am looking to build.

I7 7700K or I7 6700K
ASUS GTX 1070 8GB DUAL
16 GB Ram
250 GB SSD

Would the above be able to cope with this?

Many thanks,
S Shezad

Solution
Perhaps , not.
One of the requirements is for 150gb of drive space.
I don't think a 250gb ssd is going to do it.

Can you provide a link to the specs of the monitor and the deal?
The GTX1070 is likely to be OK, but you will not know until you actually get to test.
That card does not look to have either 3 HDMI or3 DP outputs that you would need for 3 identical monitors.

In principle, I think I would go for curved monitors, and perhaps not so large.

Solution
Just installed FS2020.
At the moment, I do not see triple monitor capability.
You might instead want to consider one of those 49" curved monitors.
The joystick hat lets you look to the left or right, much as you would normally.
The download was 95gb and took forever.
