Hello,

I am running 3 x Asus 24" vg248qe 144HZ gaming monitors and I'm looking for a new graphics card(s) to run this setup.

I was thinking SLI for either the gtx 970 or 980, but since the 3.5gb VRAM information has become public, I'm a bit weary on these cards.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Rig:

Intel i7 3770
16gb Corsair Vengeance RAM
256GB SSD w/ 1TB HDD
750W PSU

Thanks!

I'm running a GTX970 SLi for a triple-monitor setup. Works flawlessly in even graphic intensive games like FarCry 4.

The general rule I read whilst picking my cards was that you want a minimum of 1GB of VRAM per screen, so even with the 3.5GB VRAM 'issue' the GTX970 is capable.

The GTX980 doesn't suffer from tanked VRAM, so if you still have concerns about VRAM issues with the GTX970 go for a GTX980 SLi. Both setups will do what you are looking for.
