Triple Monitor GTX 1060

And If so, How well.

Also, Is the performance jump between the 1060 to 1070 worth the price jump.

1070 is worth the price jump imo, if you plan on gaming 1080P surround. I know 1070 should be able to run over 60 fps ultra 1080P surround cause I've tested on my 4K set up with 980 ti hybrid and 980ti oc=1070 oc for the most part. 1060 would run it but I wouldn't expect ultra and 60 fps on every game.
