Triple Monitor Mouse Macro?

Hey forum, I was just wondering if any of you guys knew of any programs that when you move the mouse past the left side of the screen it came back around to the right? I'm running a triple monitor setup with 24" monitors, with a 5760 x 1080 resolution. Looking for a quick way to move from the monitor on the left to the monitor on the right. Sorry if it's the wrong section. Thanks in advance.

Note: I'm running Windows 8.
