Triple monitor setup through 1 card!

So im looking into getting 3 monitors and a new card to go with it. I plan on running the Res of 3X 1920*1080 or 3X 1600*900. So first off can i run three monitors through differnt types of connection. Lets say 1 DVI 1 VGA 1HDMI anc strech a game(guildwars2) across all three monitors. And secondly what card is gonna do this best.Dont wanna spend more than 400$ on a new graphics card!

Get a r9 290. With 4 gbs of ram it is designed for high resolutions and multiple monitors. You can stretch games across all 3 screens i am just not sure if guildwars 2 can do it. Keep in mind with multiple monitors your video settings will go down.

Yeah thatd be nice but as as far as price isnt that like 600$+

Nah, an r9 290 is pretty cheap at the moment. Heck, the r9 280s are even cheaper at like $160 and those have 3GB of VRAM in them.
