Triple monitor setup

Hi everyone,

I currently have 2 full hd displays and a 1440x900 display as well but only 1 gpu so I was wondering would it be possible to run them all as an extended display by connecting the 2 hd ones by DSUB and HDMI onto the GPU and the low res one by DSUB to the mobo, as I dont have a DP converter for the GPU. Would it work, and I'm guessing eyefinity across the 3 monitors is out of the question.

If your Card support Eyefinity then you are good to go.

Yes you can still use your onboard video to connect a 3rd screen but this would be completely independent of the other two so you would NOT be able to run EyeFinity. If you want to try EyeFinity you would need to connect all 3 monitors directly to the video card which means you would have to get a DisplayPort adapter for one of the monitors.

it is always better to use the dp though.
