You easily do it in Windows' Display Settings (right click desktop). You just drag them till they're digital positions match their physical ones
And you'd need an a monitor stand like this:

And you'd need a GPU that has 4 or more display outputs.
And you'd need 4 monitors that have connections that fit those 4 display outputs. Ideally 3 displayport monitors and 1 HDMI/DVI monitor. Because those are the ports your Titan's have, and you can only use the ports on the first/top card.
