Triple monitor(with extra monitor for other stuff)

So, basically what I want is three surround monitors for gaming(on HD powered by three titan x) and one more small monitor on top of this which is used for viewing something else, like Barnacules Nerdgasm setup. How can configure the monitors?

You easily do it in Windows' Display Settings (right click desktop). You just drag them till they're digital positions match their physical ones

And you'd need a GPU that has 4 or more display outputs.
And you'd need 4 monitors that have connections that fit those 4 display outputs. Ideally 3 displayport monitors and 1 HDMI/DVI monitor. Because those are the ports your Titan's have, and you can only use the ports on the first/top card.

I got how to put three monitors in surround. Its the fourth thing. If I buy a 4 way SLI, will I be able to configure one monitor to be idle and the other three for surround?

Yes. But, you can only connect to the video ports on the first/top video card (one closest to the CPU) the others in SLI don't really act like extra video cards. You can also add another video card outside of the SLI just for extra monitors as well.

I'm not sure if a 4th titan would help that much over the 3 you already have though.
