Triple monitor with hd 4850

HD4850 have 1 DVI 1 VGA and 1 HDMI port...but only two at a time that can be use. Anybody knows how to use 3 monitor just by using those connector?

I believe it only supports 2 outputs. You would need a 2nd card or upgrade to a 5xxx card which does support 3 video outputs.
