Triple or dual monitor build, 1080p gaming for Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox

Hi all, I was thinking of building this for my son who is 10 and wants to play these games.
What kind of CPU/GPU combo would I need?
I assume the GPU will do the heavy lifting.
I don't need to build it right now but just to get an idea, but if you were to build it right now what kind of components would you choose?

Thanks

I think that's a lot of monitor real estate for a 10 year old. I'd just pick a single monitor setup to get your sons feet wet. Also, what is your budget for the build? You should follow the stylization of this thread.

Respectfully, let's say for argument's sake that it is for me and not a 10 year old. I don't think that should affect the advice given.

I am leaning towards an ultrawide build so what kind of horsepower are we talking about for a 1080p med/high settings 60fps build for Fortnite?

Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite...
First, What is your budget? If you are looking for around 500usd, I can recommend my setup which runs Fortnite at 70fps peak with epic settings, Roblox Jailbreak at 60fps, and Minecraft 1.16.1 at 1000 fps in a server with shaders without antialiasing.
1.16.2 to 1.16.3 with max settings in shaders and 64 chunks runs 200fps in bedwars average
My setup is:
ATX case
Intel Core i7 2700k
GTX 980TI Hall of fame Galax edition (Triple fan)
Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H (LGA 1155)
Stock Cooler
650W PSU
16GB DDR3 1333mhz (4GB x 4)
China Taobao speakers (They sound decent but make noises when idle (Probably due to power interference from usb power)
China Webcam with integrated microphone
Dual Monitors (without Nvidia Surround because it breaks 1st monitor start button) (uses 1st monitor gaming and second for music control and obs.) (HP EliteDisplay E231) 1080p 60hz)

But if you don't have a budget....
Go for this:
RTX 3090
Intel Xeon W-3175x (x2)
ASUS WS C621E Sage
SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB - M.2 NVMe (x2)
Windows 10 Pro for Workstation 64-Bit
G.Skill Trident Z Neo Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM PC4-28800 DDR4 3600MHz CL16-19-19-39 1.35V Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC

Dell UP3218K monitor (x3)
That's the specifications possible for gaming. any more than this will not benefit your gaming performance.
