TRLR No 2nd Azziz cutscene

I'm trying to figure out if my game is buggy, or if I'm doing
something wrong.

At the Citadel Gate, I've got the nitrous oxide canister. According to
the walkthrough, I should sprint past the beast, meet Azziz again, and
there should be a cut scene. There isn't a cut scene, so I'm stuck.

I stopped playing this game for a while, so I can't remember if I may
have skipped something. Do I need something else to finish this level?

I'm playing on PS1. If it is a bug, is there any way to fix it, aside
from using the level skip cheat code (which takes me all the way to
the Citadel).

I too am fuzzy on that point. I didn't like TRLR that much, although
the story was excellent, the game had too much repetition for me to play
it over again (since I felt as if I'd played it twice already).

But to your question ... aren't there *two* parts needed to make the NO
attachment to the bike?

I distinctly remember coming back to Azziz and not getting a cut scene,
because I even went back a level trying to figure out what I missed.
So, I don't think its a bug, I just think you have not got what you need.

And wasn't he more interested in some bomb code or detonation device
anyway? I don't think the NO was what he asked you to get.

near as I can tell from 2 walkthroughs... the whole point to this
level(citadel gate) is to get the nos canister. there is a bug in the pc
version in this area (a few levels ahead) that seems to be activated if you
approach azziz too quickly. perhaps you're just to fast mayhap a short
pause (out of monster range) just before you get to the man, or maybe you
have to do a bit of walking around him to trigger it

IIRC you need two parts, the NO canister and a piece of pipe
to connect it. Have you come across another vehicle that you
might be able to snitch a part off of?

There is. In addition to the NO canister, you need a nozzle-like pipe object
that should inject the NO into the engine. You'll find that deep into the
scenarios, attached to the engine of a jeep that's laying on its side. Once
you have that, you can then go back to the motorcycle, combine the two items
and attach it to motorcycle. Then it'll be ready to make a very long jump over
a very deep pit on your way back to Aziz.
