Windows 10 Home version, desktop AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor, Each day in start up I have to scan for Malware, It used to block web pages from signing on. Malwarebytes has detected it two trojans each time as I recall, they are quarantined, then on we go. Nevertheless next time we start computer they are there again, upon a quick look they don't seem to be the same variation. What would be the best way to clean them out, and block from coming back Thank in advance...

Format the drive install windows fresh and clean and install malwarebytes the real paid version not the free one. And then stop going to questionable websites, clicking on links and emails, or downloading illegal games or applications. That includes not installing any stupid utility software.
