trojan virus crashed windows

Windows crash due to Trojan virus. All the drivers are erased. Hacker took over my laptop as administrator which won't allow me permisions. I have worked on it 3 days. I can only log in if I disable drivers. Once I am in the computer freezes on anything I try to fix. I have no way to save or back up my personal files pics etc..
Please help me!
