Trojans And Worms

There are some viruses in my Pc which keep coming back -
Trojan:Win32/neurevt.ab
Worm:Win32/dorkbot.
TrojanClicker:win32/Gingplog.a
VirTool:win32/INJECTOR.GEN!DD
Trojan:Win32/Lethic.B and Lethic.I
Trojan:Win32/anaki.a

and many more

And the keep coming back

Aand the worst thing -
it has disabled system restore , windows defender and windows security center service
When i open an antivirus site , the browser crashes
and it has removed me from administrator powers even though im the administrator .

And it asks permission in the form of windows command control
and if you ignore it , it will keep coming
and if you accept it , it will turn of User Account Control .

You sound screwed! There may be one thing I can think of. Try to hunt down the virus directories in Windows Explorer, and when you find them you might have to use the command prompt with priveleges to delete them permanantely. Also try taskmanager and stop any tasks you can.

Just reinstall Windows at this point. Anything else will be a waste of time.

I would reinstall windows.

Or, last ditch effort. Download hijackthis. Search for the program and remove it.

If that does not work. Reinstall time.

Create and boot from a rescue CD. Kaspersky, for instance.
See if that gets rid of it.

If not, nuke it from orbit and reinstall.

I can reinstall windows , but the prob is , how will i make back up of my files
If i back it up in a usb , then put it again after reinstalling , the virus will come back

Boot from an Ubuntu disk, copy the files to USB while windows (and thus the virus) isn't running, then reinstall.

Using a rescue CD is probably preferable, though.

Boot from some other media. Linux or whatever.
Copy those personal files to another drive. And ONLY those personal files. No applications.
Scan that drive with multiple tools, to ensure that nothing nasty has also been copied.

Now that your personal stuff is (probably) safe....

Move on to fixing the existing install, or just reinstalling clean.
